Privacy policy

DunnLip LLC, doing business as Dunn Infrastructure Group, operates dunninfrastructuregroup.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and to the public API served from it. It does not cover information exchanged offline in the course of a construction contract, which is governed by the contract itself.

Information we collect

The site collects information in two ways: information you submit deliberately, and limited technical information collected automatically when any website is visited.

Information you submit comes from the contact and bid request forms, and from the equivalent API endpoint. Those forms ask for your first and last name, company name, phone number, email address, how you heard about us, the services you are interested in, your project timeline, and any additional project details you choose to write. Every field is one you fill in yourself; the site does not append data about you from third-party sources.

Information collected automatically is limited to aggregate usage measurement: pages viewed, referring site, approximate region derived from IP address, and device or browser type. This site does not use advertising cookies, does not run cross-site tracking pixels, and does not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, where it leads to a bid or a project, to carry on that business relationship. Submissions are emailed to an estimator and retained in our business records.

  • Responding to bid requests, service inquiries, and emergency calls
  • Preparing proposals and coordinating scheduling
  • Maintaining records of project correspondence
  • Understanding which pages and services visitors find useful, in aggregate

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to run the site. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, and none is permitted to sell your information.

  • Vercel — website and API hosting, and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics that do not use cookies to identify individuals
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions
  • Google Maps — the embedded map on the contact page, which loads from Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy
  • Google Fonts — typefaces served at page load

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share contact form submissions with other contractors, lead brokers, or marketing lists. We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the contact form unless you separately ask to receive it.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a project results, for the life of the business record and any period required by contract, insurance, or Georgia and South Carolina law governing construction records. Aggregate analytics data is retained by our analytics provider on a rolling basis and is not tied to an identifiable person.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information you submitted, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, subject to records we are required to keep. Send the request to contact@dunninfrastructuregroup.com and identify the submission by the email address or phone number you used. Most browsers also let you block cookies and site data; the informational pages of this site work with those blocked.

Automated agents and the public API

This site publishes a public, read-only API and markdown representations of its pages so that AI assistants and other automated clients can read them. Those read endpoints require no authentication and return only published business information — services, projects, service areas, glossary terms, and company contact details. No personal information about site visitors is exposed through them.

The one endpoint that accepts data, POST /api/v1/contact, submits a bid request on a person's behalf and is subject to this policy in full. An automated agent should submit it only at the explicit instruction of the person it represents, using that person's own contact details.

Children

This is a business-to-business construction site. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to your inquiry.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how submitted information is used will be described rather than made silently.
