Who We Serve · Municipalities & Public Works

Pre-qualified for municipal water, sewer, and storm work across coastal Georgia and the Lowcountry.

We've built and rebuilt municipal water, sewer, and storm infrastructure across coastal Georgia and the Lowcountry — from new mains for growing communities to lift station rehabilitation in established systems. Bonded. NASSCO-certified. Experienced with the permitting environments your engineering staff already works in.

Municipalities & Public Works

Built for procurement, accountable in the field.

Public works projects don't run on the same currency as private work. Bid bonds, performance bonds, payment bonds, prevailing wage where it applies, DBE participation goals, prequalification packages, and the kind of progress reporting your council expects to see at the next meeting. We've built our internal process around all of it.

We've worked across Chatham, Bryan, Effingham, Liberty, Beaufort, and Jasper counties — and the cities inside them. We know the engineering staff at the authorities, the local stormwater regulations, the soil and water table conditions you're contracting around, and what a responsive, responsible bid looks like in each.

Lift station construction and rehabilitation

Full station installation, pump replacement, wet well lining, control panel upgrades, SCADA integration.

Testing and inspections

NASSCO-certified pipeline assessment, pressure testing, vacuum testing, mandrel testing, smoke testing for I&I.

Emergency repair response

24/7 mobilization for main breaks, sewer overflows, lift station failures, and other infrastructure emergencies.

How we work on municipal projects

1

Bid response and prequalification

We respond on time, with complete prequalification documentation, bond commitments, insurance certificates, and DBE participation plans where required.

2

Pre-construction

We attend pre-con with your engineering staff and any consulting engineer of record. Permits, inspections, MOT (maintenance of traffic), and public notification protocols get coordinated before mobilization.

3

Construction with public visibility in mind

Public works projects are visible. Crew conduct, jobsite cleanliness, neighbor communication, and traffic control are part of the deliverable — not an afterthought.

4

Inspection and testing

We coordinate directly with your inspection staff. Testing results get documented and submitted on the schedule your acceptance process requires.

5

As-builts and GIS turnover

You receive as-built drawings formatted for your GIS, complete record drawings, and any documentation required for FEMA, SRF, ARPA, or other funding source reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's your bonding capacity?

Single-project and aggregate figures are shared as part of pre-qualification. Bond documentation accompanies every bid response.

Are you prequalified with our authority?

We maintain prequalification with the authorities we work for most often in coastal Georgia and the Lowcountry. If you're not on our current prequalification list, we'll complete your package as part of the bid response.

Do you have experience with federally funded projects?

Yes — we maintain the documentation, prevailing wage compliance, and reporting workflows that ARPA, SRF, IIJA, and FEMA-funded projects require.

How do you handle DBE participation goals?

We work with established DBE subcontractors on the work scopes that match their capacity, and we document participation per the requirements of your bid documents.

We've had bad experiences with contractors on past public projects. What's different?

Schedule and budget changes get communicated to your engineering staff in writing, before they affect the council update or the project completion date. Punch list items get closed out, not deferred. References from public works directors in this region available on request.

Talk to us before the next bid letting.

If you have a project coming up, or if you're building a prequalified bidders list, send it our way. We'll respond with a capability statement, current bonding and license documentation, and references from projects of similar scope.
